Yes, clients are responsible for ensuring that lawns and work areas are free of toys, pet waste, and other debris. This is necessary to maintain a safe working environment and prevent damage to equipment or property.
All loose items that may become flying hazards during mowing or repair work must be removed prior to service. Failure to do so may result in safety risks for personnel and damage to property, for which Holland Home Improvements cannot be held liable.
Clients must ensure access to the property at the agreed date and time. If access is not provided, Holland Home Improvements reserves the right to reschedule the service. Unfortunately, in most cases, we cannot return the next day, and an additional call-out fee will apply for the new appointment.
